Mountain Girl Fit provides a unique and invigorating exercise program that will keep you on your toes.
The activities change daily to incorporate a whole body workout and utilize the theory of muscle confusion. If a different exercise is done daily, the body does not have the chance to get used to it. This increases caloric intake and ensures full body fitness.
Most days will include a warm up followed by total body exercises and cardio. Every day is different. Every workout will provide you with a different muscle group focused exercise.
You can be assured that you will not get bored with this program! Exercises will test your strength, endurance, and flexibility. There are always modifications provided for every level of fitness.
You will be amazed at your abilities as you are cheered on by your fellow camp-goers. Watch out….camp can be addicting! You might find yourself signing up for more days or an additional camp.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Mountain Girl Fitness has included Power Vinyasa Yoga into our boot camp! Simply put, vinyasa yoga is “linking movement with breath.” Yoga has been around for over 5000 years. It is has stood the test of time as a solid exercise program!
All of our poses or “asanas” come from traditional yoga poses. The difference, and where the element of power comes in, is the way in which we sequence our classes.
You will find our classes to move at a more vigorous and challenging pace then most traditional forms of Yoga. Our classes flow together with a series of strengthening and toning movements to get your heart pumping.
Our Yoga is for everybody and will change you physically and mentally every time you step on the mat.

Strength and Core
We have dedicated one day per week to increasing your upper body strength and core. It’s perfect for those ladies looking to increase upper body strength/core! Each class will focus strictly on the upper body body region and core….No cardio. Are you a runner who gets in plenty of cardio, but needs upper body strength and core work? That’s what Tuesday classes are all about!! Let’s face it ladies….most of us lack upper body strength! That’s not a criticism, it’s generally true.
Mountain Girl Fitness believes your core is your “foundation of power!”. You will be amazed at the strength you will find in the rest of your body when your core muscles are toned! Our emphasis on the core will have you begging for bikini season to begin!
Mountain Girl Fitness provides access to a licensed nutritionist who will review and assess your food logs and offer nutritional guidance throughout your camp.
