What is “Mountain Girl Fit”? - “Mountain Girl Fit” days are our own unique blend of total body workouts, core exercises and strength training with the addition of cardio.
What is “Strength & Core”? - “Strength and Core” days consist of our own unique upper body strength workouts and core. No cardio…we promise. Most women struggle with upper body strength, so that’s what Tuesdays are all about!!
What is “Zumba Class”? – Zumba class is an exhilarating, effective, Latin-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness-party. It involves dance and aerobic elements – guaranteed to be a great workout and a lot of fun. And who knows….you might find yourself using your new moves on the dance floor during your next ladies night out.
At Mountain Girl, campers have the ability to choose how many days per week you would like to attend and which classes. Options are 2 days, 3 days or 4 days per week.
*All workouts are for 60 minutes (1 hour) and include a warm-up, cool-down and stretching.

Camp Class Times: 6:15 am (M, T, W, F) or 9:30am (M and W only)
Please note: Additional camp times will be added if needed (5:15 am, Noon, Evening). Contact us if there is a specific time you would like added.
All camps run for 4 weeks. We reserve the right to cancel any camp session that has less than 5 registered campers (so get your friends on board!).
We are also considering the possibility of adding an evening camp! If you are interested, please contact us. We would love to camp with you in the evening too!
